Rick Morris here, born and raised in Idaho, I've learned to love the backcountry of our state.  I've enjoyed amateur photography all my life, but have never gone past the amateur stage.

The introduction of Digital technology in the imaging industry have added a great deal of extra latitude and tools available to amatures.  The ability to shoot large format images now used to be cost prohibitive to many of us.  Downloading images onto a computer and doing some simple editing to correct my field mistakes is actually fun. I never try to manipulate images to add something that is not there however.
( I did remove a collar from a bighorn sheep once, please don't tell fish and game. )

OK, I'll confess.  This was taken a few years ago, about 60, I think.  But I'll bet many of you can remember what day of the week this might be.
This was one of my first experiences with a camera, and it looks like I must have been scared.
Incidentally the little bit of a tan there on the right arm probably came off before I got out of the tub.
